FIRE PICS "ON THE JOB"

Two photos below: San Francisco, Calif., A view from the “Charlie” side of a fire in an occupied multiple dwelling. In the first photo, fire has flashed in a rear bedroom with fire spreading laterally towards the “Alpha” and “Bravo” sides. The ladder company makes quick work of vertically venting the fire and minimizing lateral spread as the engine company puts the “wet stuff on the red stuff.” Thanks to Carol Fager-Higgens for these great photos.
