CLASS DESCRIPTION

This course provides the skills and knowledge needed to perform in the role of Fireline EMT/Paramedic (EMTF/EMPF). Key learning concepts includeposition overview, equipment and supplies, assignments, communications, Incident Action Plans and ICS forms, GPS and land navigation, firelinesafety, medical emergencies, and lessons learned specific to the wildland arena.
