Day 1: 5 Points of Fire with Bob Pressler and Mike Lombardo

Join these two instructors who have close to 100 years of fire ground experience while they lay the groundwork for a street-smart Incident Action Plan. The program will help command officers, company officers, as well as firefighters understand how to develop and implement a street smart IAP.

Day 2: The Company Level Officer with Tim Klett & Decades of Leadership & Training with Frank Leeb

The Company Level Officer with Tim Klett: Becoming a trusted company officer takes time, dedication, sacrifice and hard work. This class is geared to new and aspiring company officers and will help you develop the traits and characteristics which every successful officer must have on the fireground and in the firehouse.

Decades of Leadership & Training with Frank Leeb: Chief Leeb will pull from his 30 years of experience with FDNY, 20 in a leadership role and almost 40 years volunteer experience to provide participants of any rank or seniority valuable information that will leave them better motivated and prepared for any emergency response.
