A 4-hour discussion focused on Mindset, Search, and Fireground Operations - and the WHY behind the decisions we make on the fireground. This discussion is designed for Incident Commanders and firefighters alike. We will examine how companies make decisions, coordinate their actions, and communicate their intensions during search and fireground operations. The goal is to build companies that are making decisions and moving with purpose - and Incident Commanders who can anticipate those moves without needing more words on the radio.

This is not a class about simply being told what to do. It is a deeper discussion about why we do what we do, how our actions connect, and how our decisions affect the operation as a whole.
