We will take a deep dive into hard-hitting truths that leave no room for excuses as we explore our mission, public expectation, accountability, and data from the Firefighter Rescue Survey (FFRS), USFA, and the science from FSRI/UL—along with our fire service history’s best practices—to reinforce why we go inside.

With this firm foundation of our “why,” we will then focus on the six musts for them—principles that position us to win on the fireground, no excuses.
