This program will provide an depth review of strategic and tactical considerations for basement fires. Dependent on the availability of resources, this program may be offered as a hands-on program or if resources are limited, the class will be limited to interactive discussion and simulation exercises in a classroom setting exercises. The focus of this program is on incident management skills and decision. Without a framework to follow, chaos will ensue. Students will be exposed to the inner workings of a command post. The program includes a didactic presentation, many small group exercises, case study reviews and classroom simulation exercises.
