Brothers In Battle instructor Justin McWilliams will cover our mission and why we must occupy the interior space FOR THEM
This is a first-time class based on Clackamas Fire Department’s culture. This class will take a dive into how a Rescue and Search culture was incorporated into the department’s operating procedures. The goal of the workshop is to learn how to develop a plan for your department to effectively integrate Rescue and Search tactics, fostering a strong search culture.
The morning will consist of a lecture followed by and afternoon session of light hands on session with a train the trainer approach. We will distribute Clackamas Fire’s rescue and search week outline addressing questions and providing a solid framework to aid in successful implementation into your department’s operating and recruit academy procedures.
