The functions and Knowledge that are required for the nozzle man to operate independently or as a team and be successful. Day 2-3: In this 2 day hands on course, we will be discussing and practicing the fundamental skills that are required to be a valuable hoseman. The skills will include: Masking up with gloves on, single person forcible entry, estimating stretches, making the stretch, corner hose management, and flowing while moving. Day 2 will encompass all the skills into realistic scenarios to challenge the students and to start making them think independently. Required PPE: Full Turnouts, SCBA, facepiece, and Helmet.
