>>REGISTER HERE<< The IAFF Resiliency Training includes two components: pre-course content and classroom content. Pre-course content includes an individual resiliency assessment completed online, followed by a one-hour video series on organizational resiliency. Classroom content will focus on six key concepts to gain resiliency building skills that can be applied both on and off the job.

The functions and Knowledge that are required for the nozzle man to operate independently or as a team and be successful. Day 2-3: In this 2 day hands on course, we will be discussing and practicing the fundamental skills that are required to be a valuable hoseman. The skills will include: Masking up with gloves on, single person forcible entry, estimating stretches, making the stretch, corner hose management, and flowing while moving. Day 2 will encompass all the skills into realistic scenarios to challenge the students and to start making them think independently. Required PPE: Full Turnouts, SCBA, facepiece, and Helmet.
